I can not recommend Cynthia and Haley enough!  They are on top of every detail and have helped our business tremendously.  We have had our fair share of part-time admin support over the years and this has been an absolute breath of fresh air knowing that we have decades of experience on our side. There is no training curve, which means no time or money lost from the moment you engage with them.  It feels like we have full-time support since they are available Monday through Friday during normal business hours.  They are local, they actually call your clients rather than hiding behind email, they take time to understand your systems and preferences, and they keep you updated at all the right times during the transaction.
